Today, stress has dominated the world, almost everybody suffers from stress and there is always less opportunity for calmness and relaxation. May be one of the most difficult tasks in the world is to learn how to relax. We may not be aware when a part of our body is in tension, perhaps while sitting we are moving a leg or we are frowning, these and many other positions tire our bodies without us being aware of it.
Everyone knows that cats are lazy. They do not want to waste their energies, but when they see a running mouse, they capture it like lightening. Likewise we should not waste our energy on unnecessary positions, thoughts, and movements.
Having that in mind I have created a guided meditation that will help you recognize your body step by step, once you have greater awareness of your body, you will be able to keep calm during stressful moments.
